Welcome to Abbey Lane Studios - Derby's first choice for local musicians since 2002. Over 200 local bands and artists chose to rehearse and record at Abbey Lane for one simple reason - we only use the best quality equipment. Each room is equiped with Mackie Active PA speakers, there are no additional hire charges for mic's or deposit schemes to contend with, OH, and equipment storage is FREE.

AND.... we recognise that bands sometimes want to rehearse more than once a week, but maybe can't afford it - so from October 15th 2010, if you rehearse more than once a week, after the first rehearsal, other rehearsals during the same week (Monday to Saturday) are HALF PRICE!!

We are open from 10am to 11pm - 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Recording
Professional quality 24-track digital recordings from £150 per day. Live demo's £50.

Vocal Recording (Backing Tracks)
Vocalists - Record your vocals to professional quality backing tracks for just £50 (all inclusive SPECIAL OFFER) - up to 3 hours in the studio. We provide the backing tracks, and can also enhance your tuning with state-of-the-art computer technology. Special occasion and Christmas voucher packages available - enquire for details.

Rehearsal Rooms
Fully equiped rehearsal rooms - £9 per hour. Includes drum shell kit, Mackie PA and Mic's.

PA and Equipment Hire
We have multiple PA options from £30 per night (2xMackie SRM450's, Mixing Desk, Mics, Cables and stands and can provide a sound engineer for £40 a night.

Facilities
We have a lounge, TV with playstation, Pool table, Coke Machine, kitchen, toilets, free wireless internet - everything you need to shine!
